[ad_1]

The latest episode of the Kenan Institute’s Art Restart podcast features an interview
with musician Noelle Scaggs, co-lead vocalist of the group Fitz and the Tantrums,
who founded Diversify the Stage, an organization with a focus on transforming the
concert, events and touring industries to increase more diverse representation. In
her interview, Scaggs describes what she’s discovered about her industry and herself
as she’s developed Diversify the Stage and imagines a future when the organization’s
mission has been accomplished.

The Art Restart podcast and salon series explores how artists are reinventing their
fields and building a new landscape for the arts, with the first season focusing on
the lessons learned in 2020 and beyond. Podcast episodes can be streamed from the
Art Restart page or find Art Restart on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify and more.
